The red wine »Grand Duc Reserve« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Deutzerhof has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Ahr in Germany.
The aroma hints of cinnamon and mocha, but also a dark wild berry fruit, some fig and almond. In the mouth, the wine is full, with ripe, mellow tannin and juicy acidity, mineral-primed and of great length. Very young!
