Slightly peppery on the nose, along with slate and orange blossom notes. It's still closed but with hints of aromatic ageing potential. Finely textured on the palate, it's supple with a layer of ripe phenolics on top of the fruit core. A mild acidity, restrained sweetness and integrated alcohol all balance.
