Raisin, candied lemon and ginger on the nose with ultra-fine savoury botrytis, densely interwoven with mineral rock notes, hints of dried fig and date. On the palate round and silky at the beginning, sweet and viscous, followed by a sudden hit of minerality and firm, yet fine acidity and extremely long. Dense and full of finesse.
