The sweet and dessert wine »Monopol« Oberhausen Brücke Riesling Auslese, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Dönnhoff has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
Initially still closed aroma, then ripe apricot, peach, some orange blossom, a hint of pineapple. On the palate there is a fine, ripe acidity, delicate sweetness, lots of texture and spice, grippy, densely woven, ripe fruit, with elegant spice, fine and elegant despite all its power.
