Ripe, savoury aromas of wood maturation, freshly crushed juniper berry, ripe pear, blueberry, pineapple and yellow curry. It's powerful on the palate with a rather broad structure. The dense extract is accompanied by ripe acidity, cultivated phenolics and a mineral finish with good length.
