Flowers and yellow fruit on the nose, with apple and ripe Mirabelle plum, floral notes and foliage also emerging. The core of ripe, juicy apple also defines the palate at first before some phenolic grip and tarter green apple takes over. The acidity matches the sweetness, creating a well-balanced liter that finishes delicately spiced.
