Intense bouquet characterised by citrus notes. There are also hints of white flowers and ripe apple. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate with ripe acidity, yellow fruit and citrus. Possesses an animating minerality and remains long on the palate. Salty grace, fresh and unique.
