Tasting from 01.01.2023: Dominik Vombach & Benjamin Herzog

Notes of roasted apple and roasted pear on the nose. Also notes of citrus fruit and savoury nuances. Delicate and aromatically complex on the palate, with flavours of green apple, bay leaf, honey and grapefruit. A wonderful salinity that extends into the long finish.
