Tasting Notes
Almond, cranberry and red currant on the nose with mint, black pepper and juniper. Short supple attack, then juiciness with fine acidity taking hold as well as very fine tannin. The use of wood is clear, but does not mask the tactile minerality or the delicacy of the fruit. A substantial, strikingly mineral Pinot Noir from slate soils - utmost elegance!
