Medium lemon yellow colour. Discreetly light pear-like on the nose, fascinatingly not aged at all. Dense on the palate, beautiful viscosity, filled with ripe fruit, pear, white-fleshed peach, mustard flour, still incredibly young, finely spiced, very beautiful.
