Spicy nose with LIME blossom, ripe citrus fruit, rock flour, candied lime with air, orange blossom. Lively acidity on the palate, driving sweetness, compact, dense, lots of power and juice, yet cultivated, mineral-infused, savoury, grippy, long, lots of certain ageing potential.
