The white wine Wehlen Sonnenuhr Riesling Réserve trocken, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Dr. Loosen has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Some barrel patina, cardamom, citrus rub, but all discreet and very restrained. Silky and delicately textured, delicate with great vitality and inner tension. Juicy and quite ripe phenolics, weightless, slightly peppery, has power and that channels into pure finesse.
