The white wine »Goldkapsel« Erden Prälat Riesling Auslese, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Dr. Loosen has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Fresh fragrant nose of honey and hay, citrus fruit, linden blossom and hints of herbs like thyme. On the palate a wonderfully deep acidity, plump yet light as a feather, highly elegant creaminess, exotic fruits like passion fruit. Incredibly cool, delicate sweetness.
