More about the tastingSmells of strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of cherry. Shows itself on the palate with clear fruit and juice, concise acidity that conveys a salty undertone. Lots of verve and freshness, also resilience, slight phenolic astringency, which has a distinctive effect, for eating.
