Tasting Notes
Strong green reflections in the colour. Reductive on the nose, citrusy. Juicy on the palate, pithy, lively acidity, rather light-bodied in the extract, freshly underpinned by CO2, but not harsh, but also with supple motifs, a real "Zechwein" with a light country wine impression.
More about the tastingGrapefruit on the nose, ripe gooseberry and redcurrant, floral notes, hints of green foliage. Juicy and spicy on the palate, slender in stature, not over-weight, yet definitely rich in expression but also with traction and tension. More than an aperitif.
