Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant nose, spring meadow, yellow flowers, classic Riesling fruit notes with peach and apricot, also some passion fruit. The palate is characterised by a beautiful interplay of self-confident acidity and yellow-fruity sweetness with ripe peach and honey notes; beautiful texture. Classic Kabinett type, with a fine spicy finish.
