Pale golden yellow. On the nose there is apple, apple skin and also cider, wet linen, melon and pear, smoky aromas, dried apricot slices, yeast, herbal. Lean and lively on the palate with agile acidity and slightly salty and lemony undertones. Emphatically dry and kitsch-free, powerful, mouthwatering and animating with fine phenolics and a chalky mineral character. A character of its own with the flair of a Vin Naturel.
