The red wine »Goldreserve« Steinreinach Hörnle Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Quite light coloured. On the nose red plum, raspberry, leaves and a hint of boxwood. On the palate there is enormous tension, high piquancy, acidity and intensity. Just beginning to show elegance. Also thanks to the fine-grained tannins, a positive development is guaranteed.
