The red wine »Meisterwerk« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Plum, Amarena cherry and milk chocolate on the nose. In the mouth, this "masterpiece" has fire, but also a creaminess that integrates well with the firm tannin and lively acidity. The finish is still closed, with certain fruit ageing potential.
