Tasting Notes
On the nose, the wine has a cool and fresh raspberry. The scent of warm earth and rose hip confit envelops the aroma. Its bouquet is complemented by an aroma reminiscent of sourdough. And hey, fresh on the palate! Beautiful acidity and ultra-fine tannins. A slight extract sweetness remains. Super cool wine.
