Pale golden yellow. Very complex bouquet with ripe fruit: Golden Delicious apple and some mango, plus discreet honey notes and fine savouriness. Delicate smooth texture, ripe and animating acidity, tightly woven and long. Shows the typical varietal spiciness on the finish.
