It has a rich yellow colour. On the nose there are smoky and spicy aromas, with wild herbs, but also ripe pear, it is a multi-layered bouquet. On the palate there is nice texture and tension, with vivid fruit, also notes of lime, and an invigorating acidity. It is grippy and dense, with great length, and it has good ageing potential.
