The white wine »Vulkanlöss« Eichstetten Cabernet Blanc Trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Friedrich Kiefer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
Fragrant, but not overpowering: notes of cooked yellow bell pepper and ripe fruit aromas such as candied pineapple. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, slightly salty and mineral, with firm acidity and very good density. The loess and volcanic soil are not wrongly mentioned on the label.
