Tasting Notes
Smoky oak, concentrated cherry fruit. The nose still seems very young and completely undeveloped. On the palate, the wine appears bundled and dense, with fine tannins in high quantity, lively acidity, and all this with a pronounced supple body. Very elegant: a light-hearted form of density.
More about the tastingBeautiful berry fruit on the nose, along with dark chocolate, smoke, undergrowth and subtle hints of vanilla. Dense and compact on the palate with beautiful juicy Pinot fruit, a fine acidity and robust tannin. The creamy core brings a dark chocolate cinnamon note. Good food companion - for example with Christmas goose.
