Tasting Notes
A rather darkly savoury, more reductive type with aromas of mustard seed, chamomile and grilled green asparagus. Feels most at home in a large Burgundy glass and then develops notes of flint, white nougat and meadow herbs. On the palate, with a vivid creaminess, fruit meets herbal notes, both carry through to a medium finish.
