Tasting Notes
Pale white-yellow with greenish reflections. Clear fruit aromas, somewhat reminiscent of canned fruit and currently showing little complexity. Very mineral and terroir-influenced on the palate (red sandstone and shell limestone), slender and reductive, straightforward and with a clenched iron fist under the ballet skirt. Give it time!
