Fine woody savouriness on the nose, red apple, pears, honeydew melon, lime, lemon balm, freshly ground hazelnut. Firmly built on the palate with a smooth texture, mineral savouriness, fine phenolics and well-integrated acidity provide drive and tension, in perfect balance, animating to drink.
