Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine roasted aromas, a hint of vanilla, delicate hints of cassis, nougat touch, inviting bouquet. Juicy, taut, velvety sweet oak savouriness, dark forest berry confit, remains very good, mineral aftertaste, good food companion with certain ageing potential.

Somewhat restrained, subtle cassis, blackberry, fine touch of oak, vanilla and nougat in the background. Juicy, elegant, ripe tannins, sweet cherry, mineral and taut on the finish, fine toasty aromas in the aftertaste, still needs some time, a bit of Bordeaux in Mittelburgenland.
