Tasting Notes
Deep, dark ruby, opaque core, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, a delicate tobacco savouriness, a touch of chocolate, blackberry confit, hints of cranberry and cloves. Complex and taut, with a well-integrated, supporting tannin structure, mineral notes, subtle nuances of blackberry and a delicate savoury edge. Definite ageing potential.
