Vegetal aroma, freshly cut hedgerow, but also nutty and floral aromas, sesame, orange blossom. Crisp on the palate, striking acidity, full-bodied astringency, probably harvested early, therefore measured in alcohol, but aromatically more on the green side of the aroma spectrum.
