Yeasty and savoury Riesling aromas flow from the glass, with mineral notes emerging on contact with the air, then notes of apple, lemon balm and a very appealing tertiary touch. On the palate, rich and round, with a somewhat mild mousse and a subtle sweetness. A charming wine with complexity.
