The white wine »Hommage à George« Auxerrois trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Georg Müller Stiftung has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Auxerrois from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Golden yellow in the glass, it smells of roses and dark berries, almost cassis, also dried orange peel. Creamy and dense on the palate, the acidity is deep and impressive. Juicy, slightly tart notes such as grapefruit fuel the drinking flow, with a very long and highly elegant finish.
