Tasting Notes
A dark garnet colour, an opaque core, purple hues. Attractive savoury notes, balsamic nuances, dark berry confit, a hint of nougat. Complex, powerful, fine fresh herbs, ripe cherries, vivid, still somewhat demanding tannins, fine and light-footed, plum on the finish, dark chocolate in the aftertaste, very multi-faceted and long-lasting, enormous ageing potential, enormously salty and mineral on the finish.
