Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and a delicate watery rim. On the nose, delicate roasted aromas underlaid with caramel, dark berry fruit, blackberry confit, a pleasant herbal savouriness and orange zest. The palate is juicy and elegantly textural with very good aromatic depth, perfectly integrated tannins, fine acidity, and a hint of chocolate on the pronounced fruity finish. Still seems very youthful, has good potential for the future. .
