Dark ruby with purple reflections and delicate edge brightening. Fine fruits of the forest confit, delicate vanilla, a hint of candied orange zest and a hint of mint, underlaid with nougat. Juicy palate with good complexity, fine herbal notes and a balanced tannin structure. Mineral, with black fruit on the finish and a salty aftertaste, it is long-lasting and continues to develop in the glass. Definite ageing potential.
