Somewhat reserved at first, with delicate heart cherry fruit and subtle notes of fine wood; after aeration, red berry jam and a mineral undertone emerge. Powerful, elegant, with notes of fine nougat, ripe, well-structured tannins, a sweet, extract-rich finish that is mineral and lingering; already well-developed, a full-bodied companion at the table.
