Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with garnet reflections. Very appealing and intense on the nose, delicate aroma of wild berries, rose petal, light herbal savouriness, underpinned with chocolate and slightly smoky notes. Very juicy on the palate, with animating acidity and fine tannins, with a very fruity finish.
