The red wine Blauburgunder Südtirol DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Gran Buel has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Medium garnet red colour with slightly brightening edges. Intense aromas of strawberry compote, ripe raspberries and pomegranate on the nose, with a slightly savoury aftertaste of liquorice. Elegant and delicate on the palate, good balance and fine juiciness, round tannins and a rich, fruity finish.
