Tasting Notes

Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Expressive fruit expression, with a strong aroma of cassis, ripe mango and passion fruit, as well as yellow bell pepper. Combines animating freshness and juiciness with some residual sweetness on the palate. A rather extroverted character. Lean and taut, but with plenty of substance. Finishes with citrus notes and grapefruit. Guaranteed drinking flow.
