Deep, dark, impenetrable purple. Initially a clear nose of herbs, wood savouriness, white pepper, dried rose petal, rich Amarena cherry. Opens the palate it shows with delicate texture, supple with tightly woven tannins, dark fruity middle section, full-bodied, shows a lot of wood in the back, somewhat draining on the finish.
