The red wine Perflabilis Lagrein Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Griesbauerhof has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lagrein from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense dark purple colour with a slightly lighter rim. Red pepper on the nose, then violets and red rose petals, followed by blueberries and blackberries, delicately combined with coffee and herbs. A lot of flavour on the palate, very piquant, with well-integrated acidity and tight-knit tannins, wood is noticeable on the finish.
