Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Dark berries on the powerful nose, black cherry and blackberry, some dark forest floor and damp leaves, a hint of cherry brandy and wood savouriness. Full-bodied, juicy and savoury on the palate with a powerful structure and a ripe, somewhat maritime acidity (seaweed), sour cherry fruit, dry and with chalky mineral notes on the finish.
