Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Ripe black cherries, plums, a hint of cardamom and cloves, some nougat. Medium-bodied, elegant, fresh and well-balanced, red berries on the finish, lively, chalky-salty aftertaste, a fine food wine.
