Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

A restrained varietal type on the nose, some yeast, white flowers and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, substance and supple volume are well integrated, the ripe acidity provides support and length. A harmoniously composed Pinot Blanc for the sophisticated table, more suited to poultry than to fish due to its basic mood.
