Slightly reductive on the nose. With a little air, the wine opens up to reveal aromas of apricot, Mirabelle plum and apple, as well as some floral and spicy hints. There is a noticeable sweetness on the palate, with appropriate levels of acidity, notes of citrus and apple fruit and some bacon nuances on the medium-long finish.
