Herbal and smoky notes in the still somewhat closed nose, aromas of spontaneous fermentation, slate spice and stone fruit. Full-bodied on the palate with good tension and extract, the powerful acidity sets the pace, the yellow-fruity sweetness comes to the fore on the mid-palate. Also some citrus fruit, fine juice, good substance, full-bodied, without heaviness.
