The rosé »Pink Hallelujah«, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Hammel has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Dornfelder , Spätburgunder, Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Mitos from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Salmon pink in the glass. Aromatic, fine fragrance, rose petal, rose hip blossom, raspberry, pomegranate, cassis. On the palate it shows with lots of juiciness and freshness, fruit, a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity, texture and spiciness, beautiful length, versatile gastronomic use.
