Medium yellow, silver glints. Lush notions of gooseberry, hints of physalis and blossom honey, as well as delicate hints of yellow peppers marked by a mineral touch. Juicy, good complexity, refined fruit expression, filigree structure with a soft mandarin nuanced finish. Good length. A well-defined, structured supper accompaniment.
