Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A strong lemon yellow colour. Very intense yeasty aroma, with a hint of wood and a hint of egg white. Needs a lot of air to finally develop a yellow fruity late harvest aroma. On the palate the wine is supple and round. It is rich in terpenes, which makes it very aromatic and floral. A full-bodied and extract-driven wine - a very unusual Müller-Thurgau, whose development during bottle ageing is something to look forward to.
