The white wine »Hildegard« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Hauck has been rated in 2016 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Apple, pear, fruity Silvaner, yellow fruit, light herbal spice, juicy on the palate, finely nervy, a little sweet and pleasantly rounded, but definitely substantial and fresh. Modern style, but well made.
